Conversion of existing steel framed indoor swimming pool to reception room. The pool was built in the 1980s and the original steel structure, though elegant, was showing signs of corrosion. It was decided to retain and repair the steelwork but install a completely new insulated floor slab, walls and roof. Underfloor heating was fitted throughout and a new study was created in the old pool plant room.
