The original house was designed in 2004 as a replacement dwelling – with extensive views across the harbour and a spacious, contemporary layout. New owners purchased the property and commissioned a new wing which was designed to match seamlessly with the existing house; a landscaped swimming pool and a tennis court. The project is now completed and after a year, the planting is well established.
