This is a mixed use development including underground Car park, Retail, Restaurant and Residential units. This modern design includes private gardens and terrace gardens. The building is located on a busy Wilmslow Road of Manchester with sensitive height restriction for the block. We have produced a well designed scheme which has improved the efficiency of the project by more 20% in comparison to previous design for the site.
