Porcelanosa, Manchester The brief to our architects for this project was to modernize the existing Porcelanosa retail showroom and offices in Manchester. The site is located at a prominent junction of Dawson and Water Streets in Manchester. Porcelanosa produces a range of high quality flooring, kitchen and bathroom products and require their showroom to provide a suitable platform for their products. The architecture and external appearance of the building is transformed by recladding and redesigning the entrance and external landscaping areas. A combination of modern flat panels and large glass to glass display windows produced a new architecture for the building. The Interior Design Architecture of the building was also changed to produce a clean lively space with high ceiling to form a platform for Porcelanosa products. The project has been praised by many of our clients as very successful transformation of the existing building to a suitable showroom for high quality products produced by Porcelanosa.
