Garsdale Lane, Bolton This residential project is produced for Khan Boxing Development on the garden of their existing House. The brief to our architects was to take over the project while it was under construction. The project includes swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, living hall and bedrooms. Our architects worked closely with client, contractor and subcontractors to correct the problems with the design and construction of the building. We developed the interior design architecture as well the external fa?ade of the building in consultation with client and Local Authorities. These required submission of revised planning application and building regulation documents. Our design team assisted our client on selection and sourcing of architectural elements of the building as well as working closely with client?s specialist subcontractors to produce their dream home.
