This is a bakery shop/cafe fit out in Greenwich, London SE10. The existing building was both Listed (Grade II) and in a World Heritage site. We handled the application for the fit ouor including external alterations. Details are important to us for instance The window display shelves are playfully broken up so instad of continouous shelves displaying the bread they run to shorter lengths. This creates gaps and allows pedestrians walking by to see both shop front produce but also beyond. We also designed the light fittignd made from reclycled cordial bottles.
