A new build/facade retention project in RBKC (Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea). The site is within the Cadogan Estate in the Hans Town Conservation Area. A full renovation o the property added two basements and a roof extension to double the area of the property before a full interior design programme was undertaken to a very high-end finish.
