We worked with the London Borough of Waltham Forest and their development company Sixy Bricks in the pre-construction stages of the project to develop a new vision for a former youth services centre in Leytonstone, east London with new mixed-tenure housing. The proposal is part of the regeneration of a 1970s social housing development, completing the urban block with a new landmark building. The proposal was presented in a pre-application report informing a site development business case.
