Urban Habitat Studio was appointed by the London Borough of Waltham Forest and their development company Sixty Bricks, to explore options to develop the site currently used by NHS adult services into a mixed use residential development. The site is located on Markhouse Road an important inner city route in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, East London. The development provides the opportunity to reconnect cycle, pedestrian and service access from Markhouse Road to existing residential streets to the east.
