York Road is a delightful project nestled within the Leamington Spa Conservation Area. After living at this property for the last 30-years, the homeowner client wanted to breathe new life into the building. A fundamental driver of the project was to create an inspiring architectural statement that would be lasting and memorable. Unity Architects worked closely with the homeowner client to reimagine the entire ground floor programme. We attended to existing underperforming spaces, as well as crafting new spaces to create an overarching architectural vision.
