The Regenda Group appointed Unit3 Design Studio to provide architectural services in relation to a scheme that involves the complete refurbishment of 24 apartments in Liverpool City Centre on London Road. Under the appointment, Unit3 designed and produced a full RIBA Stage 4 package including detailed layouts for the apartments, visualisations and Finishes schedules in line with the scope of works provided by the Client. The building has undergone significant changes and alterations over the years to provide a mix of accommodation and commercial facilities. Originally, the building was used as a warehouse for textiles (the whole area being part of the Fabric District). Unit3 were appointed via direct appointment from Construction Impact Framework’s architectural lot which is a value based socially driven framework – details on CIF can be found here. In Summer 2023, The Drapery was selected as a Finalist in the North West Regional Construction Awards.
