Unit3 are working alongside Peel Land and Property, Redwing Living and the Regenda Group in providing architectural services on their new residential tower development at Princes Dock, Liverpool. The main building is designed by architects Hodder & Partners, and Unit3’s scope of works involves designing three key ground floor spaces – a residents lounge, concierge / entrance area and a new restaurant for Moose Coffee. Named after the year Princes Dock opened, Plaza 1821 will provide 105 one and two bedroom apartments with spectacular views of the world-famous Liverpool waterfront. The £21 million development will be built by Peel Land and Property for Redwing Living, a Liverpool based property company which is a subsidiary of the Regenda Group. Plaza 1821 was the winner of the Northern Design Award 2021 for Best Restaurant and Bar Design > £500,000.
