Unit3 provided Stage 4 services and on-site assistance for the construction of a new 4-bed house in Halsall for a private developer. The project started in January 2019 and completed in October 2019. The project is strategically positioned to continue the building line established by a pair existing semi detached rendered houses and a converted barn on Halsall Road. The internal layout includes a large open plan kitchen / living room and separate living room on the ground floor with four bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite upstairs. The house is designed to ‘Lifetime Homes’ standards and has a driveway for two cars at the front, and is arranged on an L-shaped plot to maximise the garden/amenity space at the rear. The external white render matches in with the local vernacular of white houses whilst providing a contemporary detailing with the black metal clad porch, dark grey aluminium windows, cills, louvers and cedar cladding.
