Unit 3 provided Stage 4 Technical Design stage services for an enclosed estate of four contemporary detached residential dwellings. The design was based on an agricultural typology with the dwellings arranged as a cluster of modest scale buildings around a central courtyard. Each dwelling featured a contemporary palette of materials including textured bricks, render, timber cladding and standing seam metal roofing.
