Redevelopment and conversion of an existing farmhouse in Leicestershire to provide the clients with more living, kitchen and dining space on the ground floor and additional office and reconfigured bedroom / bathrooms at first floor. unit3 provided the clients with a feasibility report which outlined the possible options and costs, and have now moved onto more detailed design which will be developed for a planning application. The clients are keen to utilise and extend the property into the rear courtyard which is rarely used and north facing – meaning it gets poor daylight during the day.
