We have recently completed the design of a new two-storey residential extension for clients based on the outskirts of Chester. The extension comprises of a ground floor open-plan living area / kitchen that connects back into the dining room of the original house, and a new first floor master bedroom with en-suite. The extension replaces an old existing lean-to and has a new bold and striking south-facing picture window that maximises views out onto the garden – incorporating bi-fold doors to link the living area directly with the outside space.
