Abbots Nook is a residential extension of an existing two-storey house in a conservation area near to Chester City centre. The development challenges the tight, restrictive site and provides the client with new living and bedroom space. Special consideration was given to the materiality of the project - especially given the conservation area restrictions and nearby adjacent neighbouring properties.
