Project for 20 Retirement cottages with in conservation area. Built around the outer edges of the site to retain open space within funding for Millennium Green. Cottages are set low in the landscape to maintain the traditional scale of older surrounding properties. Informal terrace arrangements with restricted gable widths built in local natural stone and includes range of traditional local details. One of several projects for Beechcroft Developments.
