A high end 'pop up' bistro located in Canary Wharf, London. This project regenerates a forgotten space between a car park and pedestrian promenade at the heart of South Quay in Canary Wharf and creates a destination for coffee lovers. This site will be the first location for this new brand of high end bistros and it is envisaged that once established more forgotten spaces will be transformed by the brand across London. Our design creates a simple, attractive and memorable external form and internal environment. The seating area is slightly raised from the adjacent wharf promenade and is glazed to allow views across the water. The cantilevered roof frames both the internal and external seating space and has coffee bean skylights set within it.
