This change of use project near Kew Gardens was a success in terms of developing the plot as a dwelling. The prior approval featured a one-bedroom flat, however by exploring new rear openings to the back of the plot TW10 Architects managed to secure planning for a 3 bedroom flat in-lieu of an office in need of a fresh start.
