About the practice

Troyka Associates Limited. We are an established architectural design practice. We have a creative view of design supported by a pragmatic view of construction. Established in 2005, our project range is wide. We have many years of experience in Mental Health Design and Medical building delivery. Other sectors range from high-end residential homes through to domestic extensions, consistent delivery in the heritage environment, plus office, commercial, local sports and countrywide charity projects. We have an excellent track record in gaining successful Planning Permission Consent including Listed Building Consent with Heritage Statements in all the above sectors. We enjoy the challenges of refurbishment and building re use and are always happy to assist in assessing the efficient utilisation of any care facility that need a new lease of life.
