This whole house refurbishment has modernised and breathed new life into an existing 4 bedroom Victorian semi-detached house, located within the St John’s Conservation Area in Deptford. Completed on a very tight budget, the project even includes a reclaimed and up-cycled kitchen. New timber sash windows and reclaimed fireplaces reinstate the historic character of the property and minimal structural alterations have been undertaken to create a new opening between front and rear reception rooms, giving a greater sense of space. New double doors and windows to the kitchen bring natural light into the room and provide a greater connection with the garden to the rear of the house.
