Whalesborough Farm in Cornwall comprises of 540 acres originally used for dairy farming. We were appointed to look at opportunities for diversification. We created a Masterplan with the aim of providing a leisure complex to bring a new generation of environmentally conscious tourists to the area. The site is located within the original farmyard with a range of traditional and modern agricultural buildings. The new buildings have been designed as a farmyard cluster of agricultural structures so the new works are in keeping with the converted barns.
