We worked with Thames Distillers and Ford’s Gin to transform a former mineral water bottling plant near Old Kent Road into a unique client experience space and world-class cocktail bar. Drawing on the area’s rich industrial and distilling heritage, the design celebrates the precision and creativity of gin making through a contemporary apothecary-inspired interior. Collaborating with mixologist Leo Robitschek, we created a bar that’s both theatrical and educational, using reclaimed materials, bespoke joinery and botanical storytelling. The result is a warm, immersive environment that reflects London’s gin legacy while showcasing craftsmanship, sustainability, and the art of hospitality.
