Transit Studio refurbished a split-level modern apartment with a mezzanine and generous natural light, reconfiguring the plan to maximise space and flow. Subtle wall shifts enlarged the bathroom, bedroom, and storage, aligning them with the mezzanine above. This allowed the creation of a dramatic double-height dining area and open-plan kitchen at the heart of the home. The mezzanine living room overlooks the space, enhancing the sense of openness and connection. Clean lines, carefully considered proportions, and the interplay of light and volume transform the apartment into a refined, functional, and visually striking contemporary residence tailored to modern urban living.
