Constructed in the 1920’s this detached house had remained unaltered. Built using solid brick walls with an un-insulated roof the house was cold and damp. As the rooms were modestly proportioned the decision was made to add insulation to the outside walls to retain room sizes. The rendered elevations have transformed the appearance of the property and integrated the new rear additions seamlessly. Internally the property has been completely re-modelled including a new staircase, kitchen and attic conversion.
