A fragmented floor plan and tapered site were throwing shade on the glories of this proud Victorian townhouse, located in the Parsons Green Conservation Area. We worked with the whole family to understand what they were looking for. By demolishing the garage and utility rooms, we were able to open up a space for a kitchen-diner and snug. Outside, brickwork matches the original design. Inside, skylights along the side and at the back punch light into the house. Our involvement extended to advising on finish and furnishings, creating a cohesive, considered living environment.
