Swanswell Multi-storey Car Park has been designed to accommodate 453 cars, 40 motor cycles with a further 8 car parking spaces for persons with disabilities. The structure of the car park is steel with parking decks and ramps formed in pre-cast concrete. The car park has been designed for the use of students and staff of Coventry City College The completed building was successful in achieving the Parkmark accreditation.
