A Grade II Listed, derelict Georgian Garden Building, which is situated within a traditional 18th century landscape. This setting had contributed to both its charm and decay, with no main services and only two main interior spaces; this building was not fit for domestic use. The Landmark Trust, however, has been able to find a suitably low-key use for the structure as a holiday let for the public. Allowing this building to be restored using grants, fundraising and The Landmark Trust’s own resources. An educational trust or a private developer could not have carried this out.
