The refurbishment of an office building in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.? The aim was to completely transform the workplace, which covers 4 floors including a basement of a Grade II listed building and requires both external and internal improvements. The design is based on modern industrialism to reflect the former character of the building. The new layout intends to enable the client to improve its work environment by facilitating co-working, improving break-out areas for employees and improving communication between the different departments. There was also a design focus on way finding points, wall quotes, and interior finishing touches such as plants and interior decor.
