e McLennan Partnership Ltd was commissioned by the original site owner to submit for Planning Approval for a Care Home at their site on Roman Road in Bearsden. Once Planning Approval was granted for an 80 bed Care Home facility the developer sold the site to Meallmore Ltd who continued to employ our services to obtain Building Warrant Approval and ultimately for us to be "novated" to work with the successful contractor to deliver the completed care home facility. We are delighted to have completed this project to the clients who are happy in their new home.
