About the practice

Established in 2018, Thompson and Associates is a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based near Morpeth in Northumberland, with projects nationwide. The founder of the practice has over 25 years of experience in award winning high-profile domestic, commercial and international projects. THAA offer comprehensive services at the feasibility, concept, planning, technical and site delivery stages of a project, including principle designer and project management. Commissions range from small to large scale, providing clients with a bespoke design consultancy specifically tailored to brief and budget from inception to completion based on the 2020 RIBA Plan of Work Stages. THAA's design approach encompasses a sustainable ethos with a low carbon, fabric first approach, embracing renewable technologies.
