Laurel Court is a residential development in London comprising nine new apartments within a three-storey building, alongside the refurbishment of an existing property. TEO Architects provided architectural and interior design services, creating six two-bedroom and three three-bedroom homes with a focus on natural light, spatial quality, materiality and considered detailing. Developed for the Help to Buy market, the scheme brought a bespoke design approach to developer-led housing. The development sold out within ten days of release, with purchasers citing its design quality as a key factor in choosing Laurel Court over competing developments.
