A sensitive reworking of a late 19th-century terraced property in the Philbeach Conservation Area, 7 Philbeach Gardens balances historic character with contemporary family living. The project consolidates the existing apartments into a generous residence, introducing a basement extension, improved circulation and a renewed connection to the garden. Original features are retained and reinstated alongside carefully considered contemporary interventions, creating a home defined by light, materiality and spatial flow.
