This high end 4-storey development of 6 houses and 8 flats sits on the south west end of Nunhead Green in Southwark. We assisted with the Design Management of this project, directly for the main contractor, providing sketches and advice on the construction of the complex brick work, stone work and complex roof design. We managed all the consultants' and sub-contractors' design work, providing much needed coordination checks in order to comply with Building Control and ensure the construction process could run smoothly.
