We doubled the size and value of this bungalow by achieving an Approved Planning design under Permitted Development Rights via Prior Approval for a detached bungalow. Tecturus also created simple but effective visualisations for use in marketing images for the estate agents. The design is for an 8m long, full width extension with roof lights and combined living, kitchen, dining room, separate utility room and a new ensuite. The design rationalises the existing building and provides two additional bedrooms and an extra bathroom via three dormer roof extensions and front flat rooflights.
