This semi-detached house on a sought-after road in Earlsfield, Wandsworth was stripped of all but the front wall due to its location in a Conservation Area. After the concept Architect, DGA, achieved the initial planning permission, Tecturus managed the design through RIBA Stages 5 & 6 [detailed design and construction]. This 3-bed, 2-storey house was transformed into a 4-storey, 5-bed house boasting a semi-basement office, gym and home cinema, two lounges, kitchen-diner, outdoor dining deck, landscaped garden with BBQ station. With Naomi's experience as a Design Manager, we worked directly with the main contractor in order to manage the design and construction interface of specialist sub-contractors to ensure an efficient and high quality finish. We coordinated drawings and information from Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Electrical and Public Health Engineers, Media Engineers, Landscape Designer, Interior Designer, Roofers, Brick-workers, Ground-workers, Plumbers, Electricians, Plasterers, Carpenters,
