This top floor maisonette was built in 1962 after the plans by Colin St. John Wilson, which he designed for the ‘Alton West Estate’ in Roehampton. The flat was ready for an aesthetic and technical upgrade. Basis of the design was the appreciation of the original flat layout and detail, so important elements have been restored to its original state and other contemporary elements carefully added. To compensate for a lack of storage space, each room has custom built shelves and wardrobes. Each room has its own colour identity.
