This Grade II* Listed 16th century house is located at the foot of the North Downs AONB. Our client wishes to extensively and sympathetically refurbish the interiors as well as extend it to suit their family requirements, as well as restore the surrounding cluster of barn buildings, provide a new swimming pool with pool house, tennis court, stable block and new lake with associated landscaping. TaylorHare has been commissioned to provide full RIBA architectural services, which encompasses planning, technical, contract administration and overseeing construction on site. Full Planning and Listed Building consent was obtained in March 2017. The project is currently on site, with completion expected in the fall of 2020.
