In collaboration with renowned American architects Woods + Dangaran, TaylorHare Architects is leading a team of consultants to deliver a luxury, multi-million-pound dwelling in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. Appointed by US project managers Park Lane Projects, this marks our first American project. The split-level replacement home, set to begin construction in autumn 2024, is designed to enhance the visitor experience with framed views east to downtown LA and west to the Pacific Ocean. The master suite is positioned at the end of a main gallery, with a pool featuring double infinity edges, oak linings, travertine floors, and board-formed concrete walls, creating a timeless, seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
