The Old Library, located in Leamington Spa, involves the sensitive conversion of a Grade II listed former library building into 30 luxury ‘loft style’ apartments. The development is just one of several new urban projects to significantly enhance the area around the station, adding to the wider regeneration of this part of the town. The scheme revolves around the creation of a central public landscaped courtyard by the removal of the existing glazed atrium at the heart of the building.
