The scheme enhances the streetscape with an active ground floor, including the hotel reception. Designed with high sustainability goals, it achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating through features such as an airtight, highly insulated envelope, air-source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation, photovoltaic panels, and a blue roof to support biodiversity and manage stormwater. In collaboration with hotel operator Bob W, each serviced apartment includes an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.
