Our design brief was to revert the property from two duplex flats back to the original historic single-family house, to form a new rear extension with roof terrace and rear patio and to re-model the existing rear garden. Following on from the above alterations, the house was internally remodelled and overhauled. The original period features were carefully restored. The bespoke built-in furniture of kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes was designed in modernist style to offset the period features of the original building. The house was fitted with the latest technologies of underfloor heating, house electronics and efficient lighting.
