Commissioned to completely refurbish and remodel this dilapidated Victorian terrace house in Primrose Hill conservation area, we obtained planning consent for roof extension, internal alterations and front facade changes. The garden floor was enlarged allowing for proper kitchen, dining and family areas, the enlarged top floor allowed for new studio and terrace, the remaining areas were fully refurbished. The brief called for fresh interiors while retaining the essential period character of the building. This was achieved by combining modernist detailing with reinstated period features. We designed all new kitchen and bathrooms joinery, wardrobes, stairs, doors and windows joinery.
