We were originally asked to remodel a small 1950s townhouse, but it quickly became obvious that poor quality and small size of the house will never make it a comfortable residence. Demolishing the house and building a new modern one in its place was the only way forward. We prepared the designs, obtained planning permission for demolishing the existing and building a new house with large new basement. It has much larger floor area, is of high environmental standards, with spacious floor plans, is of inoffensive design that sits tactfully between its neighbours offering harmonious addition to the Conservation Area.
