This grand building was previously split into four apartments and stripped of period character. Our client wanted to reinstate it as a luxurious Edwardian family house, classic in style yet equipped with leading edge plumbing and electrical services and smart-house electronic systems. Removing all the accumulated recent alterations, w e created new flexible open plan layouts on each floor based on the original arrangement of the house and designed all new fit out of built-in joinery, windows, doors and bespoke staircase, all meticulously styled to re-establish the Edwardian character of the house.
