T&A Property Development Ltd. is involved in design and development of building project in the UK and international market. The company is led by award-winning architect and interior designer, Shiva Aghababaei (RIBA chartered since 2019). Our technical and engineering team has successful completion of multiple multidisciplinary projects in their background since 1998. Extensive attention paid to details, usability of the designed areas, and comfort has been the key factor to success of our projects. We are concerned about the environment and sustainable development. Accordingly, conserving energy, recycling water and other natural sources, and use of ecofriendly and renewable materials are set by default in our design agenda. Enhancing quality of life is an important value in this organization. We do not provide only design and construction services. We rather help our clients enhance their lives by creating exceptional work or living spaces that bring together aesthetics, comfort, and convenience and meanwhile fit the best to the clients’ budget. Society is the venue where the life goes on.
