The restoration and refurbishment of four buildings and their shopfronts. On one of the buildings, the existing original shopfront was restored, on the other three buildings modern inappropriate aluminium shopfronts were removed, and replaced with more traditional timber shopfronts with hand-painted shop signs. Modern aluminium windows were replaced with double-hung, double-glazed sash windows, and the roofs and brickworks were repaired.
