We were asked to look at ways to increase a teenager's bedroom by using available loft space. We provided full architectural services, including sketch options, planning and building control applications, obtaining tenders and contract administration. Construction work is current in progress and once complete will provide an additional mezzanine dressing area with en suite, as well as a private roof terrace accessed directly from the bedroom.
