Graham Gardens is a development of 36 apartments situated in Lisburn. Built on the site of a former carpark and vacant garage building, the project was completed at the end of 2018. Thirty-two of the apartments were built to accommodate three people with two bedrooms, and four of the apartments were built with one bedroom to accommodate two people. Graham Gardens is one of our projects that was shortlisted for the 2019 CEFNI awards in the social housing category.
